When you walk through the door of Shillingstone School you will know immediately that this is a caring and inclusive school where everybody feels welcome.
With strong staff parent partnerships and a varied and engaging curriculum, children are motivated to achieve their full potential.
When pupils leave the school, it is with happy memories of their primary education and an enthusiasm for future learning.
Eight children took part in the recent aquathlon which was held at William Barnes Primary School. The children worked in teams of four to complete the event. They firstly had to swim eight lengths before putting on a t-shirt and trainers to then run around the recreation ground. It was lovely to see the children work together as a team and you can see from the photos below just how tired they were! Team 1 finished seventh and team 2 finished twelfth. Well done to all involved!
