The vast majority of issues that arise can be resolved by talking directly to the Class Teacher. Class Teachers are usually available to talk to at the end of each school day but you can also make a formal appointment by phoning the school office or writing a letter. In the case of serious concerns, it may be appropriate to address them directly to the Headteacher.
